PERSIAN RUGS PLATE
The art of carpet weaving in Iran originated more than 2500 years ago. Persian carpets and rugs were initially woven as articles of necessity to cover the floors of nomadic tribesmen, giving them protection from the cold and damp. In every home, a Persian carpet is amongst the most treasured of possessions. Side tables and plant stands are often found together with Persian rugs and carpets as beloved match in home interior. To make the " bonsai series" complete, for daily use so as breakfast or a cozy afternoon tea with cake. This set of five eight inches plates are made from porcelain, each one features a different pattern from old used Persian rug, some results may shown "damaged or used", it's the original purpose and intention.
